How the Miami Bloom Bar works
The build-your-own bouquet bar is the centerpiece of any modern South Florida party. We roll in a flower cart loaded with white buckets full of fresh-cut roses, hydrangeas, daisies, delphinium and lush greenery. Your guests pick their stems, our attendant wraps them in luxe tissue paper or your chosen upgrade (mason jar / glass vase), and they walk away with a custom 9-stem bouquet to take home — usually about 553 total stems for 80 guests.
It's an experience, a party favor, and a built-in photo backdrop all in one. No two bouquets are alike. The fragrance of fresh-cut Miami roses fills the room. Your guests post it on Instagram. Your venue manager asks for our card.
Bouquet generator — what 80 guests looks like
Total transparency on what we bring. For an 80-guest event we source roughly 553 stems — 290 roses (1–2 colors), 64 pom cushion, 64 pom daisy, 75 salal, 40 blue delphinium, 20 pittosporum, and optionally 25 mini carnations. Each guest builds a full 9-stem bouquet (2-3 roses as focal, 3-4 accent flowers, 2-3 greenery stems).

Is there a Valentine's Day or Mother's Day surcharge?
Yes — the week of Valentine's Day and the week of Mother's Day carry a 20% surcharge due to high stem demand from wholesalers. Book at least 4 weeks in advance for these dates to lock in pricing.
Booking policies: Bloom Bar requires at least 2 weeks advance notice (4–6 weeks for weddings and peak holidays). A 50% deposit secures your date; balance due 48 hours before the event. Free delivery in Miami-Dade; Broward + Palm Beach delivery from $40. 20% surcharge for the week of Valentine's Day & Mother's Day. All packages subject to availability of seasonal stems.
