What the Site is
The Site is a directory and price-comparison platform for watersports, boat rentals, fishing charters, ATV tours, golf cart rentals, and similar activities across Florida, Hawaii, Cancún, and Punta Cana. We are an affiliate partner of FareHarbor and are not the operator, captain, instructor, or rental provider for any listed activity.
Bookings
All bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, weather policies, insurance, liability waivers, and safety briefings are handled by the individual operator and FareHarbor. When you click “Book Now” you leave our site. The operator's own terms apply to your booking — read them carefully before paying.
Accuracy of listings
We use the operator's own information (pricing, photos, descriptions, hours, location) sourced from FareHarbor. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but prices, availability, and operator status can change at any time without notice. If something on the Site is wrong, please tell us.
No professional advice
Content on the Site is for general information only and is not safety, medical, legal, or licensing advice. Boating, jet-ski, and ATV activities carry real risk of injury or death. Always follow the operator's safety briefing, applicable laws, and your own judgment.
Acceptable use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, or republish the Site's content without permission.
- Use automated tools to access the Site at a volume that would burden our servers or impair other users' experience.
- Misrepresent your identity or relationship to a listed operator.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, text, and selection/arrangement of listings are owned by us or licensed to us. Operator photos and descriptions are the property of the operators or their licensors and are displayed under the FareHarbor partner program.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY LISTED INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.
Limitation of liability
